We have dresses that are available in stock (dispatched once your order is placed) or they can be Made To Order for your bridal party in the colours and sizes on hand. 

If your selected dress, size or colour is not available, please contact us to check for stock and we will do our best to fulfil your request. More often than not we will be able to help you with additional sizes, colours or styles.

Made To Order means your dresses will be created specially for your bridal party, please place your order together to avoid any variation in colour between dresses. Order period is approximately 12 weeks. Please allow ample time as delays may occur. Made To Order is available either by phone contact or email and a confirmation will be sent via email once your order is placed.


Please check carefully and confirm ALL details on your order. Make sure all specific requirements are listed and stated. No verbal communication will be accepted.

An order will be processed once a deposit of $70 per dress is received and ALL relevant details are confirmed.

The $70 deposit is non-refundable.



We do not do any alterations therefore the price does not include alteration costs. We can however refer you to local tailors. 


All dresses are made according to our store’s size chart therefore are not personalised to the measurements of each individual. Measurements will be compared to our chart and the appropriate size will be recommended.

All Made To Orders are brand new garments so they may feel slightly firmer than the dresses tried on initially in store. Please always ensure the correct size is ordered and to avoid disappointment, avoid ordering a size that did not initially fit in store. Please always ensure the correct size is ordered and never order a size that doesn’t initially fit.


If a size needs to be changed on a confirmed Made To Order, we may be able to exchange it depending on our production schedule and fabric batch. There will be an additional charge of $30 if there are any amendments to a confirmed order.

**Please check all dresses upon collection/delivery of dresses. We recommend all bridal parties try on their dresses within 7 days of receipt, to ensure the order is correct.


Once your Made To Order has been placed and processed, it is FINAL. There will be no cancellations and/or refunds for change of mind or any unforeseen circumstances.

Minor changes on your order may be allowed via email within the first 72 hours of you placing the order and is at the discretion of Cocktail Boutique. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information required to process your order. 


Order period is approximately 12 weeks. Please allow ample time as delays may occur. We recommend an order to be placed at least 4 months prior to your event.


We may be able to fast track orders in less than 8 weeks depending on our production schedule. There will be an additional fee of $50 per dress for this service. Please contact us to discuss further.


Our fabric choices include but are not limited to; Chiffon, Mesh, Lace, Jersey, etc. Due to the delicate nature of these fabrics, they can be easily marked and pulled, so be cautious in handling them or when wearing jewellery. There may be slight differences in the weave due to the fabric variations from time to time.

The fabric colour of the order may be slightly different than the initial colour selected in store. Fabrics are dyed approximately every 2 months so there may be a slight difference depending on the colour batch and production time.
