How to Measure
You’ll need to take 3 measurements: BUST, WAIST & HIPS. To begin you will need a (cloth) measuring tape and pen and paper to take note of your measurements. Good posture is recommended for best results!
1 - Bust: Measurement of the bust is taken at the fullest part with arms positioned down with your bra worn.
2 - Waist: This is the measurement around the narrowest point of the true waistline, usually one inch above the belly button.
3 - Hip: Measurement around the fullest part of the hip.

All orders are shipped using standard Parcel Post satchels from Australia Post.
Prices are based on a flat rate of $15 per dress. FREE shipping is available when 4 or more dresses are purchased in the same order.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 per dress.
Any parcels returned to us will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please email us immediately.

We offer express international shipping to most countries outside of Australia using Australia Post, at a flat rate of $45 per dress.

In some circumstances, customers may be required to pay additional duties and taxes on imported products by their country’s customs regulations and government policies. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International postage will not be refunded if the customer wishes to return their order.
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and as such encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing. We kindly ask to choose carefully as we do not offer refunds in any circumstances, except in the case of faulty items that may not be repaired by us.
Exchanges and/or credit notes are available, provided that the garment is in its original condition; unworn, altered or washed with all tags attached. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on garments with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the return will be void and the item will be returned back to the customer. The item must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Sale items can not be exchanged or returned. Please check condition as this item is sold 'as is'.
Accessories can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
We regret postage fees and fast track fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not take responsibility for parcels until they have been received back at head office and therefore we recommend customers to send back their orders using registered post.
